1. What we use

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage so the website and rentals work. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Cookies we set

rj_user — account session after you sign in with a verified email. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, up to 30 days. Lets you stay signed in on this browser.

rj_admin — staff session for the admin panel, up to 8 hours.

rj_partner — partner-portal session, up to 30 days.

Language is chosen from the URL (en/ka/ru/hy), not from a cookie.

3. Local storage on your device

rj_rent_prefs (localStorage) may remember the last email, payment-method choice, and “save card” preference on this device so the rent form is quicker next time. It is not sent to us automatically. Clearing site data removes it.

4. Third parties

Flitt and PayPal may set their own cookies on their checkout pages when you pay. Their policies apply there.

If we send email through an SMTP provider or Resend, that is for transactional mail only (account confirm, password reset, feedback).

5. How to control

You can sign out (this clears rj_user) or delete cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in and some payments.

Guest rental without an account does not require the account cookie.
