1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Rental data: station, start/end times, amounts charged, and power-bank serial. An account is not required to start a rental.

Account data (if you register): email, password hash (we never store the plaintext password), optional name, and email-verification status.

Payment data: card payments are processed by Flitt (on Flitt’s checkout or via a Flitt token). PayPal processes international payments. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We may store payment references, last four digits, card brand, Flitt rectoken (if you asked to save the card), and status.

Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

On this device we may store form preferences in localStorage (for example last email and payment-method choice) so fields are filled next time. This stays on the device until you clear site data.

Feedback: messages you voluntarily send via the feedback form or email (including any contact details you choose to provide).

3. Why we use data

To provide rentals and customer support, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, improve stations and the website, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Payment processors Flitt and PayPal (and, where applicable, banks/card networks) to authorize and settle payments. They may collect payment details directly on their pages and may set their own cookies.

Email delivery providers (SMTP or Resend) to send confirmation and password-reset messages you requested.

Hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our instructions.

Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Rental and payment records are kept as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements (typically up to several years).

Account, session, and saved-card tokens are kept until you delete the card or close the account, or as needed to complete open rentals and legal duties.

Email verification and password-reset tokens expire (24 hours / 1 hour) and are then unusable.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Some data must be retained by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
