Delivery (handover)

RentJuice does not ship products by post or courier. The “delivery” of the service is the automated release of a power bank from a station after a successful 40 ₾ deposit authorization.

Pick up the battery immediately from the unlocked slot. Return it to any RentJuice station when finished.

Refunds

Failed issue (no battery ejected): hold is cancelled — no charge.

Billing error or double charge: write to us within 14 days at rentjuice.online@gmail.com or call +995555782284. After verification we refund to the original payment method.

Completed rentals: time-based fees are not refunded, except where Georgian law requires otherwise.

Charges made with a saved card are refunded to that same payment method after verification.

Unreturned / damaged equipment: we may capture the hold and seek compensation for replacement.
